Daddy’s fudge was established with one simple reason in mind, bring back old school traditional fudge that is made with the old school recipe and ingredients the way Ouma used to do it. In today’s world everything is done with short cuts like microwaves and preservatives which has taken away the authentic taste which we all used to love. As such we use real butter and we cook our fudge for 2 hours on the stove to get that perfect balance of texture and flavour that lingers in your mouth.
